I am pretty sure we are going to have to re-intubate. She is not doing very well today. She is dropping her sats to the high 70's even on bi-pap. She is struggling to breathe.
She did a lot better while she was intubated. I hate to do it, but I think it's for the best.
They are doing a chest x-ray and a blood gas to see how she looks.
