One of her IV antibiotics is Vankamicin. They have to do bloodwork to make sure she is not getting too much/little. They did the blood this afternoon and the levels came back fine.
She is awake and feeling good. She has not had any pain meds today. It is night and day from how she was before the wound cleanout. I'm assuming it is because there must have been pressure from the drainage and now it is gone.

I think the pressure from a wound is the worst. That is probably what Ellie was dealing with the most. Glad glad glad she is feeling GOOD!
