Here is an interesting website (probably only if you understand medical terms and are interested in medical stuff) detailing different aspects of baclofen pumps. It talks about overdose and diagnosis. It sounds like sometimes they can see it on certain scans if the cathedar is broken, in the wrong place etc...They inject a contrast dye to see the leaks.
