Starting Fri night the bulge starting going down (going away). It is almost completely gone today. Whew! Hopefully-Hopefully-Hopefully it isn't an infection. It seems like it wasn't.
Her pain has been better on the neurontin (the new drug for neuropathic pain/nerve pain). But she has been sleepy and her seizures have gotten worse.
I have calls in to Dr. Murphy (the one who prescribed the neurontin) and Dr. O'Gorman (She sent a stool in last week to see if she had c-diff).
So hopefully today we will have a new plan.
I also called Roz (infectious dieseases) because I thought maybe her inflammatory marker might be up from the bulge and I didn't want them to freak out. So I thought I'd tell them beforehand.
